Production?
GH Coachboards are carefully produced, printed and laminated in the Netherlands and can even be personalized if desired. Despite careful lamination, small air bubbles or streaks may remain visible to a limited extent. Please take this into account.
GH Keychains are produced elsewhere in Europe with meticulous care and can even be personalized if desired.
Delivery time?
Within GH Coachboards, a distinction can be made between:
- Standard Small GH Coachboards. These are the Small GH Coachboards featuring the GH background colour and a standard design. Options: magnetic or non-magnetic, and Dutch or English design. Most of these Small GH Coachboards are in stock and can be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
- Deluxe Small GH Coachboards. These are the Small GH Coachboards featuring a personalized name or logo, and orders for these items are grouped together. As these are made to order, dispatch may take approximately 3–5 weeks from the date of order.
- Deluxe CLUB- or COMPANY GH Coachboards.
- Deluxe Medium & Large GH Coachboards. Delivery times depend heavily on how quickly the customer responds to the design request and subsequently provides confirmation or feedback at the designated feedback stage.
For the GH Deluxe Keychains, the delivery time depends largely on the customer’s response time; the customer must first provide the desired design and subsequently provide confirmation or feedback at the designated feedback stage. Production begins immediately upon written confirmation via email, and it takes approximately 3–5 weeks from the date of confirmation before dispatch can take place.

What are the (general) terms and conditions?
Customization means design, production and logistics tailored specifically to your request. This allows you to enjoy your own creation to the fullest. However, customization does come with the following complications. Once you have placed a custom order, these complications apply:
- Please note: in the case of customization (often recognizable by the word a DELUXE) is once production has started, cancellations, returns or exchanges are not possible and that is why this requires payment. Production will only start immediately once payment has been received. Please check the general conditions (available in Dutch and English). Just to be clear: if you cancel a bespoke order that has already been processed, you will be charged for all costs incurred.
- The product is made to order, which is why delivery times are longer. Many GH Coachboards, GH Keychains, GH Recoding and GH Training & Coaching items are custom-made. Not sure? Get in touch!
- Evt. extra design kosten voor een nog gedetailleerder (custom) ontwerp niet inbegrepen. Bij personalisatie altijd aangeraden om eerst per mail, per app of telefonisch te overleggen en dus nog niet meteen via de webshop te bestellen.
Prijzen?
Alle genoemde prijzen zijn inclusief 21% Nederlandse BTW. Mocht je een zakelijke klant zijn, dan kun je mogelijk de betreffende BTW terugvragen. Mocht je een buitenlandse zakelijke klant zijn, dan is dit afhankelijk van of de BTW kan worden verlegd.

Postage costs within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
- The shipping costs for up to 10 Small GH Coachboards to destinations within the Netherlands

- The shipping costs for GH Keychains depend on the destination.
Postage costs outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
Shipping costs depend on 1) the order (package size) and 2) the destination (country and whether or not it is within the EU). Do you need this information? Please get in touch, specifying 1) the potential order and 2) the exact destination.
Other costs / factors (e.g. customs and payment charges)
These costs are particularly relevant for international shipments (especially outside the EU). In any case, these costs are borne by the customer (at their own responsibility and expense).

Depending on the contents of your order, you may also receive the following information.
- Whiteboard markers? You will receive a mandatory warning about the risk of choking via email.
- Small GH Coachboard? You will receive maintenance instructions by email.
- Medium GH Coachboard or Large GH Coachboard? You have received maintenance instructions in your package and will be sent a link via email to instructions and tips on how to transport it correctly.
